sir,i am practicing for last 4yrs kapalbhati: 30min,anulom:30min with all others.I can't stay 1 day with out pranayam.My height is 5'5", age:27 yrs. I can't increase my weight.Pirior to pranayam my weight used to 56kg but now its 47 kg only...

I am a vegitrian(last 3&1/2 yrs).Milk dosn't suit me.Plz hlp me increase my weight.
To GAIN weight, you would have to pay more attention to your food, looks like your body is VATA ( air ) dosh predominantly , and that also have gone to the extreme. What you need to increase in your food is oil and sweets, usually mango or banana with milk would be good but you can't take milk, what happens when you drink milk? If is gas or bloating then add cardamom, ginger powder and or fennel seeds into warm milk. Do not eat foods which are cold and dry, but eat moist and warm foods. Do not eat too much TEEKHA ( hot peppers etc), concentrate on sweets and oily moist foods. Add Desi Ghee to your diet, Keep doing your practices and can also add weight training to increase muscle size. You should also consult a Dr. to get a good checkup to see taht you are in good healrh otherwise.
