Respected sir,is there any harm in practicing kapalbahti for 10 to 15 min at a stretch without any break (if comfortable)?.and my second question is kapalbhati and anulomvilom can practice with each other i mean to say kapalbhati then anulom....

There is No problem in doing what you are suggesting, But it would be more beneficial if you do ALL of your Kapal Bhati at the same time , NOT exceeding 30 minutes and then go to Anulom-Vilom and finishing that up. You don't need to take any breaks if you don't need those but make sure you are NOT straining your self in any way. Keep Breathing - Keep smiling..
