After a consultation with your Dr. please find a pranayama/ yog teacher close to you to see how you can be helped. These pranayamas can be done but specially kapal bhati is to be done with caution as it has to be done slowly with less force. Some yogic streches to relax and strenthen the back but under supervision is warrented. To learn these pranayams you can buy the 2 DVD's also if no one is available in your area. Start slow , be aware of your body and BE HAPPY!!
