Namastey SwamiJi, I have been doing Kapal Bhati during my menstrual cycle(not vigorous practice). I just wanted to know if it is safe. Thanks

Kapalbhati can be done but as you said NOT vigorously , We do not want to do ANY pranayama vigorously any ways, Medium speed medium strength. "Bahaya Pranayam" is the one which is NOT to be done during menstrual cycle as we have to 3 BANDHA (Locks) Mula Bandha, Uddiyaan Bandha and Jalandher Bandha, as they pull every thing upwords which is of menstrual flow which goes downwords.
