Pranayama should be done either before or after the running?

Pranayama can be done either before or after any of the physical exercises, having said that we personally prefer it 1st thing in the morning after cleaning up. We are not treating it only as a health promoting activity but also as a tool to get deeper in meditation. So if you do this 1st then it would lead you into meditation and field of awareness and then other physical exercises can be done. Keep practicing daily before or after running and BE HAPPY !!
