Can I do pranayama during pregnancy? Now I am in 5th month. Let me know. I used to do kapalbhati every day before pregnancy. I had 2 surgeries in the past. Please suggest me. Thank you

Certain pranayamas can be done during pregnancy, but NOT kapalbhati,Bahaya or agnisaar. The best pranayama during pregnancy are Bhastrika, anulom vilom and bhramri... But even these have to be done at a slow speed and slow strength and only upto your own strength. You can also take breaks if you feel tired!
