Yogic Stretches -- Restore the mind to simplicity and peace, freeing us from confusion, suffering and distress.

Pranayama (Ancient Yogic Breathing Technique) -- Harmonizes the body, mind and the abundance of energy within and around us. It also helps prevent and heal all the mental / physical diseases. Among many ailments that benefit from pranayama are: Asthma, COPD,High blood pressure, Diabetes, Obesity, Depression, Heart Disease, Fibromyalgia, Parkinson's Disease, Respiratory infections, Angina, Kidney and Liver diseases.

Meditation -- It disconnects one from the dead past and unpredictable future, connecting us to the present moment of joy and celebration.

(Please park in the parking lot of Advantage Physical Therapy. Proceed eastward towards the fence. Walk around the fence into the Pranayama Center and enter from the porch. Please enter building after 7:05 pm. Please make every effort to arrive on time. Also, please make sure to turn off your cell phone.)
