Pranayama (Ancient Yogic Breathing Technique) -- Harmonizes the body, mind and the abundance of energy within and around us. It also helps prevent and heal all the mental / physical diseases. Among many ailments that benefit from pranayama are: Asthma, COPD,High blood pressure, Diabetes, Obesity, Depression, Heart Disease, Fibromyalgia, Parkinson's Disease, Respiratory infections, Angina, Kidney and Liver diseases.
Meditation -- It disconnects one from the dead past and unpredictable future, connecting us to the present moment of joy and celebration.
